Can’t sign in?
Work down this list — the first two are instant, the last one needs a person.
1 · Reset your password
If you know the email address on the account, this is the fastest way back in and doesn’t need us at all.
Go to sign inChoose “Forgot password?” on that screen.
2 · Check which address you used
Accounts are tied to one email address. If you have more than one, try a reset on each before writing to us — a reset email that never arrives usually means the account is on a different address rather than that something is broken.
3 · Email us
If you’ve lost access to the email address itself, or a reset won’t go through, write to:
support@sealed.live
Open your mail appPlease include
- The email address on the account
- Your username, if you remember it
- Roughly when you joined, and anything you recall buying or opening
- What happens when you try to sign in
We ask for these because we have to be sure an account belongs to the person asking before we touch it. It’s slower than we would like, and it is the reason somebody else can’t take yours.
Sealed will never ask for your password
Not by email, not in a ticket, not ever. We will never ask you to send a verification code to us, and we will never ask for payment to restore an account. If a message claiming to be from Sealed asks for any of those, it isn’t from us — forward it to support@sealed.live.
Already signed in and something else is wrong? Open a support ticket instead — it arrives attached to the card or pull it’s about.
